I thought that all the songs in this movie fit the story really well. It was a great movie especially if you watch the TV show. It was really cool to see a movie go back to 60s music instead of all pop. The new versions of some of the songs are not as good as the originals but they fit in the movie better and are not bad.

I liked all of the songs, especially the "Green Tambourine" song. I really like the video. I liked the part in the movie where Spinelli jumped on the Ninjas. GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!! The bad guy really WHOMPS!!!!

I expected the soundtrack of this movie to have been songs that no one knew, and that were created for just this movie. The movie openened with the Recess Suite, which was expected. However, as soon as the kids got out of school for summer vacation, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas can be heard singing Dancing in the Street. As you progress through the movie, you hear more and more songs, all of which were hits at one time. If you are a fan of sixties music, then this is a must have for your collection. Don't take my word for it, buy it and see.
