Dated but revelant with enphasis on cashflow,

The author makes several good points however, this being a near 20 year old edition it is quite dated. Some of his cash flow concepts were the thinking of the day but have since proven incorrect.
Given the low price offered for used copies I would recommend the purchase of this book for someone with a financial background that would allow separating the good from the financially inappropriate advice. If you are new to finance I have mixed feelings about recommending the book. |
