I've had this product for about a week now and its already starting to break. IT sometimes doesn't recharge and you have to fiddle with the wire to get it to recharge. The battery life time on it is about 4-5 hour. And its extremely hard to recharge it while playing because you have to hold the wire to the side so it picks up a charge. Over all this is a bad product and i don't think anyone should buy it

I received this product in the mail about a week ago and was excited about it since I hadn't been able to play my Xbox 360 for a while. I plugged it in and alas! Everything worked perfectly... at least for the next few days..urgghhh.

The problem is that it charges the first time you use it, then after a while it keeps showing the low battery signal on your controller. Even when you take the cord out and plug it back in it keeps showing low battery. I even left my Xbox on for a few hours hoping it would charge. I came back and STILL low battery. My friends were even complaining of an annoying frequency "buzz" with the headset being plugged in while letting it charge.

Overall the product is cheap and unreliable. It should in fact be only $1.99 instead of whatever it is right now.
Please DO NOT BUY this product unless you want it to work for 2 weeks tops. Even if you are curious about it and think that the 3 (5 star) reviews above might be accurate just disregard.

i bought these a little while ago and they say they are 3600 but are not, they are 1800 at best wont hold a charge longer then 10 hr, of game play and they also told me that the lights will turn off when done charging well the do not i jhave left it charge over night and still never turned off and i bought 2 of them so the chance of them both being is very slim i would not buy this product agian ever nor recomend this product to anyone i will just get the ones from microsoft 1 out of 5 stars

I ordered five of these batteries and every one of them were bad and would not charge. I contacted seller and they offered to refund the cost of the items but not shipping. Stay far away from this item!

When I bought this I was surprised with how cheap it was. But soon after it arrived I realized why. I had bought 2 of them and I fully charged 1 and it didn't even work at all! I didn't understand why I had charged it all night. Then the other one I bought worked but barely. It would last maybe an hour of game play at first then it just keep getting worse and worse until it didn't even work at all. I'm not a hard core gamer but even if I was I feel like they should last longer than 2 weeks and certainly should work at all when you first buy them. I would not recommend buying this product. It's worth spending more money to get a real battery pack that works...

I didn't expect all of them to have defects, but they do last a while (few hours at least) and are cheap. You get what you pay for, i didn't pay much for these so i don't complain about defects.

I bought these for my xbox about 5 months ago, and I have just got around to using them due to me playing ps3 more. However, I found out that no matter how long I charge them only one will work. I guess I got a lemon. However if you look at the various sellers who are selling these across amazon, you will find that a lemon is pretty common. Charge last for about 5 hours on the other one just so you know. Buy at your own risk.

Product came quickly and was shipped very quickly. I thought I would have had to charge the battery pack before I used it. I put it into my controller and it was already fully charged! Great service/Product here!

I got these chargers for my boys for Christmas and they love them. They can charge the battery from the XBOX without having the controller plugged into it.
