Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
This cookbook is one of the Time-Life cookbooks of the 1960's and 70's. This is the best Chinese cookbook I have seen. The recipes are easy to follow, use easily found ingredients, and produce first rate dishes in all categories. This includes familiar recipes, Spare-Ribs for example, and exotic dishes like Eight Jewel Duck. The book is long out of print, but can be found is in used book stores in Amazon.
