Looking for some fat reduced healthier meals to fix at home? Well, this book is for you. Recipes by God offers delicious food choices for every meal of the day. There is an explanation for exchanging sugar for applesauce and many others. Since the book is ring bound it makes it easy to read and use while preparing the dish. Most recipes are easy to prepare with basic ingredients that you have in the pantry. Take a chance and listen to God's voice, I did and a few of these recipes are weekly staples in my home.

The book is fantastic, but THIS cookbook is a complete waste. There is a reason it is out of print, and it should stay that way. A small collection of bad recipes.

I was expecting a cookbook - several recipes with great tasting ways to stick to the Body by God lifestyle. What I received was "recipes" like "Cook oatmeal. Add raisins." or Steamed Vegetables: "Choose a variety of vegetables. Steam and enjoy."

Seriously?

We've tried all the "recipe"'s in this book. Only 3 were palatable. The others were good - you know, the ones that said to choose a variety of vegetables and steam them. But I kind of knew those before.

Total waste of money, glad I only spent $20 on it.
