I also own Vegan Planet and this book has far better recipes in my opinion. I have used it more often. Everything has been very easy to follow with a variety of ingredients. The best part is that each time I cook something from this book I know I am eating the most healthy dish possible. She also has great blurbs throughout the book explaining the health benefits to different ingredients that are seen in the recipes. I have found these very helpful. I just became a vegan and using her recipes have not missed much at all.

This is a wonderful book. The recipes in in are so easy to make and delicious. I am sending it to all my family and friends
as Christmas gifts. The pictures are so clear and the recipes come out great when you prepare them.
I use it almost every day to help me prepare the best meals for my family. I also have a very fussy autistic son. He
would eat pizza every day if he could. He actually liked most of the recipes I have made from this book. Imagine that!!

Recipes for Health Bliss is by far the most beautiful recipe and health book I have ever seen. It's in full color and every page has an inspiring design -- with lots of color photos. You will want to get extra copies to have on hand to give as gifts to all of your loved ones and friends. Everyone who sees this book in your kitchen will want to borrow it. I purchased this book as part of her 3-book healthy eating and living set at a substantial discount on her beautiful website SusanSmithJones.com. My family and I are all much healthier as a result of using countless recipes and healthy living tips and suggestions in this book. You will love it and wonder how you lived without it.

I have an extensive cookbook collection, so I have recently decided to limit new acquisitions to those cookbooks that have a fresh out-look. "Recipes for Health Bliss" offers unique recipes and a refreshing perspective on food-for-health. It is vegan, but don't let that stop you from exploring this book. The recipes are heavenly and include whole grains and fruits and vegetables in tasty and tempting combinations. You'll make the most of the book if you have a food processor and juicer, but that being said, many of the recipes require only good old-fashioned kitchen skills and tools.

This book calls for a movement back to real foods (as opposed to the processed foods so many of us have come to rely on) and enjoyment of foods without the additives, sugar and (bad) fats that have taken over in recent years. If you're interested in health through proper eating, this is the cookbook for you. If you want to know more about how to sprout seeds and beans, how to juice, and how to de-stress your life, this is the cookbook for you. In addition to the recipes, there are recommendations for kitchen products and health resources. I think it's a great way to become acquainted with the whole foods, slow foods, natural foods and healing foods movements while making recipes that will help you feel wonderful inside and out.

Recipes for Health Bliss -- It's a full color, beautifully designed recipe book that you will want to give as gifts to friends. Everyone loves this book. With over 150 color photos and easy-to-prepare recipes, I use this book all the time and keep it front and center on my kitchen counter. Besides recipes, the middle of the book also featured other essential tips on how to be vibrantly healthy and happy. It's a winner.
