I think that herbs can make a difference between an OK meal to one you really want to have again. I purchased this book with that in mind. There were so many different herbs that I did not have in stock and have not used. I now have two compartments in my freezer as well as one shelf in the cabinet for herbs. I look forward to using them all. I wasn't able to purchase the herbs from The Herb Lady as she has not made any for two years but plans to start again soon. I did find everything I needed at The Spice House.
There are some very interesting recipes in this book and they don't require a huge list of ingredients. |
