I've used this book and love it. Because it is a health food book not all the recipes taste like your use to but with minor changes they are great. And the more you use it the more your family will like it. There are more recipes in this book that I use than in any other cook book.

Great Recipes for Heart or Diabetic patients as well as every body conscious reader. VERY user friendly. Larger print for a paperback book, throughout. Great for Weight watcher counting as well.
