4.0 out of 5 stars I've been using this book for years
This recipe book is a goldmine of information and simple family recipes. No gormet ingredients, just a wide variety of everyday food. I credit this book for helping my family make the move to healthier eating.

1.0 out of 5 stars Recipes my Husband hated
Although the reicipes in here were low fat and easy to follow, etc...We found that no one in the family would eat the ones I tried. I ended up donating the book to our local library. If you have a picky family this book is not for you.

I've used this book and love it. Because it is a health food book not all the recipes taste like your use to but with minor changes they are great. And the more you use it the more your family will like it. There are more recipes in this book that I use than in any other cook book.

Great Recipes for Heart or Diabetic patients as well as every body conscious reader. VERY user friendly. Larger print for a paperback book, throughout. Great for Weight watcher counting as well. Not the usual run of the mill, recycled recipes, over and over again. Very creative combinations of ingredients as well as the tried and true. Dr. A. Ross
