Authentic New Orleans Recipes
For those of you who travel to New Orleans and wish to duplicate the flavor of its cuisine, this cookbook does it best. We moved to Galveston in '07 and although there are some fantastic restaurants on the island - Rudy and Paco, DaBella, Luigi's, Sunflower, Mosquito Grill, Olympia - not to mention some great places in Houston - not one restaurant comes close to the...

send wrong book and hold on to your money
sent me the wrong book.I called then right away and told them it was wrong.I am still waiting for a refund.They gave me the lame excuse they could not tell the difference between volume 1 and volume 2

For those of you who travel to New Orleans and wish to duplicate the flavor of its cuisine, this cookbook does it best. We recently visited New Orleans and found this cookbook in a gift shop. We purchased it intending it as a gift for our daughter, who recently has become serious about cooking. We felt the book contained a great variety of recipes and especially appreciated that it was produced through the efforts of a church group. After returning home and reviewing the book even further, we went online and ordered a second copy for ourselves. Cooking from this book helps bring the New Orleans feel to our own kitchen.
