Horace Campbell is the chairperson of the International Caucus of the Black Radical Congress and a member of the International Steering Committee of the Global Pan African Movement. He is professor of African American studies and political science at Syracuse University in New York and a member of the International Relations Faculty in the Maxwell School. He is also the author of the widely acclaimed Rasta and Resistance: From Marcus Garvey to Walter Rodney.
