Keep in mind that these are theater seats and are not meant to replace a recliner. They are comfortable enough to sit in and watch a couple of movies. They are not as plush as a Lazy Boy recliner but they are not intended to be. I put them in front of a big screen TV to watch movies and sports. The sitting area is 24 inches so they are not wide enough to fit full sized people. They are well built and will last a very long time. The reclining mechanisms are sturdy and well reinforced. I would purchase them again for the price.
