This Institute has been formed to foster the healing of person and planet through the cooperation of human intent with the intelligence of nature and the divine life within us all. Changed my life. I watched his series on YouTube. He does dissections, which I found off-putting at first, but his attitude and his deep reverence for the human body, etc. were profound. The book is an enjoyable read, but he really kills it (in a good way) in the last couple of chapters. I will never look at my body the same way again. I plan to write a better review when I have time. If you'd like to re-conceive your body from a more loving, enlightened, intelligent perspective, this is a TREMENDOUS place to start---ESPECIALLY if you have formal religious influences that have served to estrange you from the magic and majesty of the human body.

I very much enjoyed this book. Gil does a wonderful job of sharing his journey to a more peaceful co-existence with his body and his life. Autobiographical in nature, there are interesting pearls along the way. In addition, his workshop is awesome.
