I like to do a lot of research before I purchase items like this, and I found that Karcher is one of the best brands for pressure washers out there. Spotted this unit on clearance at one of the local wholesale clubs and quickly bought it. I've since cleaned my tractor, cars, patio and concrete porch with it. Haven't had a chance to clean the house yet, but will give that a shot next spring. When I used it on my porch and patio, this washer worked great with no detergent necessary. Tried it on my tractor and it worked great there as well. When it came to the cars, I'd give it "B". You definitely need a brush attachment or you're just spraying water and soap, but even with the brush, you're not going get your rims super clean or all of those bug stains off.

I would definitely buy this washer again, but here is my wish list if I can change some things. First, it would be nice if there was a drain plug for the onboard soap dispenser. There's no good way to empty it now other than use it all up. Second, the hose needs to be another 5-10' longer to get around a full size vehicle without having to move the washer. I know a 25' hose is standard for all washers so this is not a criticism against Karcher. Finally, the pressure for the soap sprayer seems pretty weak and am concerned that I won't actually be able to use it on my two story house next year.

Having said that, I'm still happy with my purchase. The Honda motor starts with one pull all the time...hot or cold. The brass pump is top notch, and the quick connects are great.

Absolutely a great deal!!! I did receive my unit with a broken plastic "accessory plate." I called the Karcher Company since it had a thirty day warranty. Karcher stated they do not acknowledge the warranty (they have an "understanding" with Amazon that Amazon will honor the warranty) and referred me back to Amazon. After a bit of phone tag, I spoke to Amazon customer service which helped me with this issue. The replacement part was shipped the same day. I had great customer service from Amazon and not from Karcher. As for the pressure washer itself, WOW!!! The unit looked brand new, even the cracked accessory plate (a plastic piece which holds the nozzles for storage) looked good. The unit ran great. I added the oil, which came with it, and gas. One pull and it ran for hours. The power and simplicity of it, and the Honda engine has made it one of my best investments. I have an electric power washer that I've used for 7 years, 1300 psi and it is slowly dying.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their old pressure washer. It has everything on it to include the ability to fold the handle (a nice feature for storage). I would have given it 5 stars, except for the fact that it arrived with a broken piece. I would give it FOUR & ONE-HALF STARS.

This is a great pressure washer. It has many features that more expensive units didn't have. Like quick connects for the wand and hose. 5 nozzles that will do any cleaning that you need. I cleaned my 3 car driveway in about 15 minutes after setting it up. I haven't used the detergent dispenser yet, but I have no doubt it will be great just like the rest of the machine.
Very easy to put together with good instructions and very easy to start and operate.

I agree this is a great pressure washer. I was lucky enough to get one before they became so scarce.
A few things you should know. First, Karcher support is not that great. I wanted to buy an extension to reach to the top of a three story house and Karcher's customer service could not tell me the size of the quick connect connection. I tried technical support and even called someone that was a factory authorized repair facility. No luck.
Luckily, a rep at Northern Tool partially helped solve the mystery. She told me the older Karchers have a 22mm connection, but the newer ones like the G-3025BH have a 3/8 inch connection. You need to know this because anything you attach will need a quick connect fitting. That is one drawback with the washer. You can not use a bayonet or other fitting. The connection to the hose is female.
You should also know that it will strip paint and even damage soft wood like cedar if you are too close to the siding. I was able to find a good distance where it stripped the paint , but did not damage the wood.
You also have to watch getting the hose too close to the muffler because it will melt the coating.
If you can find one of these, buy it. I am extremely satisfied with it's performance as a pressure washer.

I just received the item and some parts were damaged. Amazon did not state no returns on the listing. I have being trying to get hold of the folks at the recondition center with no luck! Buyer beware.

I purchased an "open box" model with "cosmetic" damage in the description. The unit arrived very poorly packaged with 2 bent wheels along with the cosmetic damage. However, the unit still operated fine and I am very pleased with the performance and features. I especially like the quick connect couplers and the folding handle.

I ordered and received the washer in a timely manner. When it did not perform as it should I tried to contact Karcher and I hope you never get caught in their phone loop -TOTAL wasted effort. I used their web site and found a local authorized service center and took it to him. I did talk with a few other places and they all agreed that it was residue left in the carb was most likely the problem and that is what it turned out to be. Be aware that you can not return this product to Amazon. The dealer told me that KARCHER would NOT WARRANTY the motor because it was a Honda problem NOT a Karcher problem. I ask if they sold a washer without a motor and the dealer found that funny. He was very aware of the 30 day warranty but he did insist on charging me for the repair - his normal charge was $65 but he only charged me $35 which I paid and the washer worked fine. As this was going on I did talk with Amazon several times and WOW WOW - their people have been great. Two of them even tried the Karcher "phone loop" and had EXACTLY the same experience I had - wasted effort. Paul (my latest guy) did an excellent job and things have reached an agreeable conclusion NO THANKS TO KARCHER - I give Amazon 5 stars and Karcher one. It is a decent washer but the experience has left me with a bad impression of Karcher and a very good impression of Amazon - they should be the model of customer service in these days of computers and phone loops

This pressure washer worked as advertised. I've washed the mud from my aerator, washed my car and lawn tractor. Next weekend, I'll pressure wash my sidewalk and driveway. No issues at all.

Very nice machine. Has the same power rating as some of the other Karcher models but liked the design and colors of this model better. Machine has a sturdy design which I feel is a step above the home improvement store models. I shied away from the pressure washers with only the siphon tube for detergent but it turns out I end up using the cap and tube on the on board detergent dispenser as a siphon, directly into the solution, as there is no fool proof way to stop the detergent when looking for a clean stream of water.

Beware of the quality of this reconditioned product. I ordered my first one about a month ago and it had a severely warped wheel. I returned it with no problems to Amazon, and they sent me a full replacement; problem is that the replaement also had a warped wheel and was also missing the spray gun entirely. So now I'm returning the second one and washing my hands of the whole thing. I'll order new, and probably a different brand.
