The description makes it sound like there are remixes of songs from previous albums on here, this is not the case. They're the same songs. This album is basically a "greatest hits" of the original 3 albums (although I'm not sure it can even be considered that, without When It Falls) and the listen-able songs from Yeah Ghost. I'm not sure what track is from their first EP, I don't see anything here that is not on one of their last 4 albums.

So if you are a fan of Zero 7 and already have the studio releases from the group, there really is no reason to buy this.

However, if you are new to Zero 7 and want some great chill-out music, skip the Deluxe version and go for the regular release of this compilation.

The remixes that are included (with the exception of one remix of Destiny) are horrible versions that sound like someone's failed attempt at a first time remix. Terrible doesn't even begin to describe how most of the songs are turned from lucid soft electronic dreams to schizophrenic electronic messes with disjointed arrangement.

Seriously, don't buy the remixes unless you just like to torture your aural senses. You are liable to break your fast forward button on your listening device to get past these remixes.

When I bought this, I originally saw nothing stating that this was a greatest hits album. I was of the belief that I would be listening to something new. ANYTHING new. NEWER even would have worked. I could have just left my original Zero 7 collection on Shuffle and had the same effect, but kept $15 bucks in my pocket. Sad.
