a portable microscope
We love it. It works great, any usb thumb drive can be used in it and then you pull the pics off the drive. EASY EASY EASY! It takes great pictures too! Impressive

cute, but...
This is a darling item and works as advertised. But I hadn't realized that you need to put the handheld "eye" directly on top of the item you wished to magnify, so it won't suit my purposes and I'll return the item. But it is fun and a clever toy.

HIGHLY recommended for all ages. My daughter's science teacher has borrowed it twice. Rare to find something entertaining over a long time frame AND educational.
