An album to champoin the cause of the viola, February 13, 2001

This is a good recording, full of virtuoustic performances. There is a good representation of violist with recordings of Rivka Golani, Joseph De Pasquale, Yizhak Schotten, among others. However some very important violists are missing here. I hope there will be a volume five with recordings of Roberto Diaz, Robert Vernon, Cynthia Phelps, Burton Fine, Richard Fields and Patricia McCarty.
