This review is from: Records of the Closeburn Kirkpatricks (Family Histories) (Hardcover)
A re-issue of a privately published book that before, had only been available to a select few members of the Kirkpatrick Family. Maj. Gen. Charles Kirkpatrick did an outstanding job in presenting the history of his significant Scottish Borders family; drawing upon many of the earlier works by Goddard & Sharpe and several others. Bringing together information from the Lord Lyon of Scotland on the Family Heraldry and it's History.
A must if you are interested in this family or in Scottish Borders History. History without the Political Correctness!
