I found these on Amazon for a low cost of $2.98 each! I researched the sellers history/feedback/customer satisfaction and found it to be a staggering 98% satisfied rate! So, I went ahead and ordered 2 for a total of 50 cases. I was a bit wary of the condition they would be in upon arrival, since the last bunch of CD cases I ordered from a different seller arrived in rough shape (15 out of 50 had been damaged).

The package arrived, and I was surprised to find the cases extremely well packaged for the shipment. Bubble wrap on each package of 25, as well as a solid/sturdy piece of packing foam (way better than packing peanuts!) I was also shocked to check all the cases and found that NOT A SINGLE CASE WAS DAMAGED!!! That is very rare, and I was very happy to have all 50 cases for use in the future.

The cases themselves are the standard slim-line design, but are decent quality. The only problem I've encountered with this type is the tabs that hold the cover to the base can break easily if dropped/not opened correctly. (and the tabs are what is usually damaged during shipment). However, these seem to be a bit more sturdy than the last bunch of cases that I ordered.

Overall, I'd recommend these Recoton Slim-Line CD Cases to anyone who is in search of a quality, low priced, easy solution to cd/dvd storage.

I received my first order of Recoton slim-line jewel cases from WholeSaleAV in prompt and in perfect condition, wrapped in bubble wrap. These cases are of standard construction and strength with semi-transparent backs and clear lids. The backs are in 5 assorted and very attractive colors, and they match up very well with the labels I design for my music CDs. The blue is a deep blue, the red a shade deeper then fire engine red but not quite ruby, the green is a pure neutral green, the purple a shade to the lavender side, and the yellow is on the pale side. I'm ordering more today.

These jewel cases are great for storing any CD/DVD's. I would recommend a better quality for transporting.
