I love this album! I just wish that there was more to it. I know there are some Juliet Simms songs floating around on the internet and I really would have liked to hear them on this album.

Every now and then you listen to a CD because you're sure you're gonna hate it and it'll give you something new to constantly berate. Tis the reason I listened to Automatic Loveletter's Recover EP. My plan backfired though. Automatic Loveletter has quickly become one of my favorite 'new' bands.
As much as I love AL, I must admit they are not perfect. But with a package this small, and a band this refreshing, it's easy to let things slide. Juliet Simms has one of the better voices I've heard in a while, her lyrics are really well thought out, and the rest of the band shows depth few bands seem to be willing to explore. Basically, Automatic Loveletter is the complete antithesis to unsigned female fronted bands nowadays. Where other bands seem to be trying to go hard all the time, and go all out in every song, Automatic Loveletter do things completely different. With only five songs, picking favorites isn't really fair, but I will do so. August 28th, 3:30 AM, Parker, and Make-Up Smeared Eyes prove to be worth the extremely low asking price. But, in all fairness, The Answer and Hush are both great as well. Recover really is just a perfect release. Here's hoping we get a full length offering from them sooner rather than later. Highly recommended.

This cd is really good. None of the songs are boring, each song is very creative with good lyrics. The lead singer of the band Juliet Simms has a very nice voice. I love this CD!
