Myself, a recovering alcoholic,this book really hit me where I live. This woman had unbelievable adventures throughout her recovery, making her book an exciting read. The book speaks to all of us who are, have been, or will be, substance abusers in a universal language understood at a gut level.

If you have an addiction of any kind that is taking over your life and the lives of loved ones, this book is defiantly a must for you to read. but even if you are addiction free there are many lessons to be learned on facing adversity and overcoming what seem to be insurmountable odds. Well written and very inspirational.
