is this version currently lower down the chain of top downloaded albums when it includes the digital booklet and video for the same price? (seems like a no brainier) Am I missing something? or do people just not look at the menu in front of them and bypass a few extra goodies these days?

This album deserves 5 stars, because it's different. It's new ground for Eminem, new production, same great lyrics. He went back and made an album for hip-hop fans (not rap fans) like Jay-Z did with Blueprint 3. It was lyrically sound, great delivery, great production 5 stars all the way.

Eminem did an amazing job with this album. His music style is consistent. great lyrics & beats as always. One of the few artist that actually sell albums that i would actually buy. (instead of just getting free downloads or only a single song.) definitely worth buying. Eminem's maturity shows thru in his songs & that's definitely a plus

I wouldn't say this is his best album...
But it is a good one
Metaphorically speaking, this is the college chick you used to have "fun" with that went too far and now is a born-again virgin.
He still is sick with the lyrics and I'm happy for him kicking his habits...
BUT I am sorry to say I liked the carefree drug-head Em. That's the one I met and that's my favorite.
This album would be better if it were someone else's, only because of the enormity of the "old" Em.
It is still a good album though.
Appropriately titled... for better or worst.

Not a bad album at all. Several songs that I enjoyed. If nothing else, I could get down with the beats of almost every song on it.

This is his best work ever! I am so glad he came back and came back this strong! The best in his game!

Definitely an awesome album! I think I listened to it for three months straight last year. Now Im going to start again!

Yeah, either you like him or don't. I love this CD and will always like what ever Eminem puts out. If you don't like him why would you be reading this review? :P

After the travesty of the album that was Relapse, Recovery is a fresh breeze from Eminem. As a fan from his first album, Relapse was the self-destruct album. Worst money I ever spent. This album feels like a recovery from begining to end with raw emotion and great lyrics. I've been listening to it since yesterday and can't believe the difference.

Keep it coming Eminem. This album is what it says it is, and hopefully it can bring the rap industry back with it.
