About the Author
Nancy J. Napier, M.F.C.C., is a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist in private practice in New York City. Author of Sacred Practices for Conscious Living; Recreating Your Self: Increasing Self-Esteem Through Imaging and Self-Hypnosis; and, Getting Through the Day: Strategies for Adults Hurt as Children, Nancy also conducts workshops around the country for both professional and public audiences.
