3.0 out of 5 stars Frugal Flush ?, May 20, 2011

This review is from: Rectorseal Frugal Flush Retroflapper (Misc.)
Doesn't help at all on standard size tanks and I can't see why you would need it on new smaller (1.5Gal.) tank. It seems to be a good quality flapper but it's definitely not frugal.
