She is famous all over the world. Nana sings in french, german, english, greek (of course) and many languages more. This time she sings in spanish the traditional songs of Latin America. From the cuban "Guantanamera" to the mexican "Volver, volver" Nana takes the audience to a dream of extasis and passion, which turns into sublime with "Ave Maria" and "Libertad", not typical latin songs but universal as the artist herself.

Nana has done it again and this time in Spanish. The Greek singer is into the Latin beat and her choice of melodies is exquisite Her remarkable voice is perfect for the pieces that she sings. I have also bought her songs in French and English and practice my French this way. Recuerdos gives me a review of my Spanish skills as well. It is a most remarkable album which should not be missed. There is also a sequel that is just as good.

this is a horrible cd. sound is so tinny and glaring. recording is very subpar and inconsistent; volume fades in and out. not definitely recommendable.

This album includes classical selections such as: "Libertad de Nabucco", "Adagio de Per Archi Ed Organa", "Tierra Viva" and "Ave Maria". The remainder of the album consists mostly of popular and folk songs. Nana can sing very well in Spanish, and her renditions of the songs on this CD are very beautiful.
