i was really timid in buying a bungee leash for my newfoundland puppy (currently 90lbs)
he chewed through the 2 handled leash we had boughten from petsmart so i was looking for one similar to replace it until i saw this leash
i was worried about the quality and esthetic's of it but this thing really delivered.
this 165lb rated leash doesnt look bad, its red and black as in the picture and it looks fine for a leash, wouldnt mind the option to pick your own colors (especially for the price of the sucker) but it works well.
durability/quality wise it seems very well put together... i and my gf really like the clasp they use as opposed to the standard type. the bungee's and handle are both thick and i hope they will last quite awhile.
note: it is a bungee leash! if you are stronger than your dog or able to plant and hold the dog, expect the leash to stretch QUITE A WAYS! this 6 ft leash has easily been stretched to 10-11 feet by my dog!

I have owned this leash for years! It has lasted thru bike tire fender hang ups while holding on to a Pit Bull tearing down the street working off the days stresses and long walks. Now it pays service to a Black Lab Mix. This leash is incredibly comfortable to hold both with just holding on to the handle or coiled in the hand, and has enough weight to it to know it's there. It hasn't lost any of it's elasticity and the colors are still vibrant (they'd be more vibrant if I washed the lead). The dog quickly learns that he gets a very generous and polite warning that he is about to begin to pull; so do you, allowing yourself the time to ready for a possible correct. You never loose the ability to still correct with the lead while it's stretching or completely taught (that's one of those "we shouldn't have gone down this street" moments). I have aquired a collection of leads through the years of dog ownership and training, this is the lead that is the most comfortable for both pet and owner.
This leash has lasted so long and is so preferred that I find it a very big bang for my buck! As a matter of fact, I'm here to buy the 3 foot lead to add to my collection!

Good as new even after a year
