5.0 out of 5 stars Genius, The best record since the Beatle's White Album
This is undoubtedly a watershed moment in the history of recorded music. An album with this much character and sonic depth will certainly change the course of life on this planet. Forget Jesus Christ go with Johnny Love. Everyone should buy 1,000,000 copies of this album.

2.0 out of 5 stars Jump off the bandwagon before it's too late
Rage Against the Machine called. They want their music back ... oh wait, incoming call ... (10 seconds elapse) ... that was 311, they said they want their music back too.

5.0 out of 5 stars Bolt Upright Kicks A$$, August 13, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Red Carpet Sindrome (Audio CD)
They are the bomb as far as a heavy metal group, They are awesome stage preformers and they love to chill with their fans at the concerts, unlike a lot of other bands. I saw them in concert and Tori Tee is the bomb. The bass player dude kicks some serious A$$ also. He has his own mosh pit on stage. The music is so catchy that it isn't funny, Sick, Crazychicks, and See Right Through You are very wicked. Im waiting for these guys to go to the TOPP!!!!!!!

I saw Bolt Upright in concert in Santa Barbara, CA and they kicked A$$. They are great stage performers and their music rocks! I would recommend this music to anyone who likes Rage, Orgy, Prodigy, Rammstien, Marilyn Manson, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, Korn, or Godsmack! This album owns!

The dude who said jump off tha bandwagon is clearly mis-informed! Bolt Upright are original and have been incorporating many different styles into their music since way before 311. Tha CD is slammin ,Live is Jammin so check 'em out before they Bolt on to tha next level!

i think these guys are onto something. they combine old school funk with and hardcore rap.their sound is diffent than say korn or Rage, its alittle more fun,not as dark or political.they kinda remind me of the CHILI PEPPERS in a way.I LOVE em!! cant wait 2 hear them on my radio!

5.0 out of 5 stars New fabulous sound which combines metal, rap, rock., March 18, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Red Carpet Sindrome (Audio CD)
This is an intriguing blend of metal, rap, rock. People who enjoy music with a strong beat will love this. Each track is slightly to very different from every other one. This could catch on and these guys could go far. The CD makes you want to see them in concert.
