My wife purchased this as a birthday gift for a friend. When the wind chimes arrived, the door handle on one side was completely broken off. It was packed tightly in styrofoam and there were no small chips or pieces in the styrofoam. This led us to believe it was already broken prior to shipping. Actually, it looked like the one door handle had never been glued to the main piece. After buying some glue and two colors of paint, my wife was able to fix it and have it look halfway decent. Although, the one side never looked as good as the side that wasn't broken. Overall, the wind chime did not look as high quality as it did online. It was a little cheesy. Made in China.

I've bought these windchimes on multiple occasions with no problems at all. The previous reviewer must've had some bad luck, because mine have arrived in pristine condition, and they definitely make a much-appreciated gift.
