Dennis N Griffin, Author, brings DOH Investigator John Grantinto another complex investigation, this time a multi-million dollarmedicaid fraud scheme that keeps your face into the pages of thismasterpeice. You cannot put the book down and if you do it is soon inyour hands again. Griffin's knowledge is vast. So is Grant's. Intothe City of Culture, crime and sin, Grant tackles the task ofuncovering the clever web initiated by an unhonorable physician who isseething and cunning in his deception, using a smart stylish woman asa contact person that entices people from medical laboratories in aseries of felonious and misdemeanor crimes. It is these laboratoriesthat all of us as citizens are aware of and it is these labs thatdetermine our blood disorders and disease, so important to our health.Does this former physician care? NO! He doesn't. It is a murderthat rings the gong! And, it is Investigator John Grant that takesup the call to protect the Medicaid System from being riddled, and hedoes this in Mr. Griffin's exceptional work; "RED GOLD."Read it, you'll be enlightened. I enjoyed this book very much andalso Mr. Griffin's "The Morgue." They both deal with ourservice systems. Keep up the Great work Mr. Griffin and you, too,Investigator John Grant.

I was given this book by a friend who really loved it. I had never read anything before by Dennis N. Griffin before so I was skeptical. But what a great book it was! I couldn't put it down! The characters were brilliant and it had a captivating storyline. I read it all in one day, which is rare for me. I look forward to reading more from this talented author! I would reccomend this book to anyone who loves fast paced action packed reading.

Keep Them Coming,
By "sheriklv" (Las Vegas, Nevada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Red Gold (Paperback)
Dennis Griffin is obviously not a "one book wonder". He has equaled - no - topped The Morgue. His writing style is smooth and easy to read and his content is totally absorbing. Every character comes alive as he leads you right up to the end and stops you cold with his finish!! I can't wait for the next book. I'm sure he'll be writing long into the future.

By Ethel Bersuch (Kansas City) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Red Gold (Paperback)
I find Dennis Griffin to be a gifted writer. Red Gold was, as The Morgue, full of shocking suprises. It had me shaking my head at the talant Dennis displays for drawing me into his stories. I WANT MORE of these wonderfully twisted tales of the unthinkable.

Very Enjoyable - KEEP THEM COMING DENNIS,
By John Bersuch (Kansas City, Missouri) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Red Gold (Paperback)
When I read Red Gold I feel as if Dennis has cornered me personally and made me a party to the unraveling of the demented Dr. Lucchesi and his scheme. The book was hard to lay down unfinished. I say this as a reader and include his writing "The Morgue". Both seemed to be an addictive read. I read Mr. Griffin's fiction and can associate into the character lines, and I find his writing style interesting. You never know who you might run into when you start down his path.

Columbo Strikes Again !,
By Dan Skinner (Vernon, N.Y) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Red Gold (Paperback)
Dennis Griffin writes with such ease, that he makes the words flow. He tells his story in a very natural form without adding filler words as some authors seem to do, just, to add pages. In his books Red Gold and The Morgue, he keeps you on the edge of your seat with suspense, yet making you want and almost lust for more. Griffin brings to light some deplorable human acts that may of and still can be done in this society, all for the sake of money, power and greed.

Suspenseful,
By Faith Griffin (Las Vegas, Nv. USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Red Gold (Paperback)
The story has villains you love to hate and good-guys whose emotional swings you share as the investigation unfolds. Hard to put down. If you read Red Gold, DON'T read the end first!
