Dragons Delight,

This review is from: Red & Green Co. Dragon Pearl Jasmine Tea, 2.82 Ounce Aluminum Can (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
I have had several different types of Dragon Pearl Jasmine, and this measures up decently to the rest. I've had others that are more potent, and a little more delicate, but this one is still worth a taste. I think if it were a little fresher then it might meet up to the quality I had hoped to receive. If I had to guess, I'd say that it's been sitting on the shelf for just a little too long before I received it.

first of all, the metal container is a cool bonus. the first time i had dragon pearl tea was in a tea/chinese culture shop in Halifax, and after trying a few different dragon pearl teas, this one comes the closest to that one. very delicate, flowery taste. and there's enough in one canister for this to be my everyday tea for quite some time. my only slight dissatisfaction is that once in a while, one of the dragon pearls doesn't unroll entirely, or will have some broken fragments. but that is very minor. as far as taste, its my favorite green tea. highly recommended.

I found this tea a tiny shop by the coast and fell in love. Then I couldn't find it again. I searched every web search I could think of and finally gave up. Then one day, as a fluke I did another search and hit gold. This is truly the best Jasmine tea. It is very subtle with a lovely fragrance. The tea has slightly sweet edge to it and is fairly forgiving in the way green teas go. It takes a lot to over brew it and make it bitter. Everything I have tried from this company has been really good - I also like their red oolong, but alas, it's not in right now. So I will just have to over indulge on my jasmine pearl tea.
