Considering that Dan Spitz and Dave Mustaine worked on this album it so no surprise that it is a mix of old Anthrax (think Persistence of Time) and Megadeth with some newer elements thrown in. That being said, the album is a very good album. The riffs are very solid and heavy.

For anyone wanting to hear some good heavy metal, this is a great album to pick up.

It is an good CD, with good songs (I prefer that ones Mustaine sings). Hard to compare with anything, something like a mix of (old) Anthrax, (new) Megadeth and something else, BUT, I can't give 5 stars since It is CD-R on demand and the booklet has no information at all, only the name of the songs and the barcode.

Hard for me to believe that Dan Spitz & Dave Mustaine can't find a good label to release this CD in the "right" way. If knowing that, I would just download. CD-R I can record at home.

I just downloaded it since the reviewers say this CD-R didn't come w/ liner notes.
But of course I made my own CD-R for safe keeping.

That's the problem I have w/ any instant downloads are there are no credits
so you have no idea who's playing on it. You just get the track list.
I won't even get into the no art work.

I did search on line & found the Official Red Lamb website and the following info
of the band's line-up is...
Dan Spitz (lead guitar, guitar, bass guitar, programming, background vocals, engineering,co-producer)
Don Chaffin (vocals and video productions)
`Brothers In Arms' Patrick Johansson (drums),
Chris Vrenna (programming and synths).

Co-Produced by Dave Mustaine and Dan Spitz.

All Lyrics are co-written by Mustaine and Spitz, All music written by Spitz and lead guitar work by Spitz.

For me, this is the best metal album released in the first half of 2012. The obvious Anthrax and Megadeth influences are there, but you also hear a crunchiness associated with John Petrucci on many of the guitar parts. I am not a fan of downloads, so i purchased the physical copy. No lyrics in the packaging, but easily accesable on the band's website. Waiting patiently for Dan Spitz to take this band on the road in clubs and theatres.

This album is so good that it boggles the mind that it is such an unknown entity to most hard rock fans! You can & will see the influence, as well as feel the energy of Megadeth! If you love hard rock/heavy metal, then you must purchase this album at once, & PLAY IT LOUD!!
