I bought 4 pairs of the red lion sport socks that look like the Nike Elite. After the first wash two of the pairs were fine, but the black pairs looked awful. They honestly look 2 years old now. The white part of the socks has white threads hanging out and knots all over them. I would stay away from these socks and just spend the extra bucks on the Nike Elite. I posted a picture above to show the socks. It doesn't really show the knots everywhere, but you can see the white threads coming undone!

I bought 2 pairs blue and orange and when I put them on I see white threads come through the creases. I bought them thinking they were nike elites and all the people at school thought I was cheap.

I hate these socks and wish I never spent my money on them. I thought I was getting the same material as nike elites, but I guess not. If you put on the sock and the sock extends on your calf a little bit, white stripes show up on your sock. Trust me, don't get it.

Socks came mid January Looked and flt great. My 9 years old daughter who is light as a feather only wore them for 4 of her school basketball games (Not at practice and not at home to mope around in) So 4 games and 4 washes socks have 2 holes and white fuzzies all over. (See picture of blue/gold sock on Amazon if they do not remove). So spend the extra and get the Nike Elites.

This socks are horrible. I should have known when they were seven dollars they would be just another cheap knock off. Spend the extra money and buy the real Nike Elite socks! With the price of shipping it is just the same amount! Do NOT buy these socks

These socks had holes after one wearing. Don't waste your money. Very disappointing product. You are better off with Nike.

Shipping was slow but when I finally got them they were great. They didn't fall down and it felt like I was walking on pillows they had great protection. They are perfect for sports and I will be ordering more.

Got a few pairs of these and a few pairs of the Red Lion Vapor socks. The vapors are MUCH better for competitive play, these legend socks have completely broken down within 3-4 hard practices. Had to throw them all away due to holes in the heel/toe/ball of foot. The holes even occurred in places where there was an obvious effort to provide extra padding. I gave them 1 star only because they were comfortable when new. But unless you're planning on using them to go on walks, I'd spend a few extra bucks and get the Nike elites or just get the comparably priced red lion vapors. Both of those are infinitely better.
