The Red Lion Inn Cookbook,

Unlike many "Inn" cookbooks I've seen, this book is full of excellent, well written recipes which range from breakfasts to elegant meals. All the recipes have a distinctly New England flair. The roast beef hash is exceptional, as is the baked stuffed shrimp.
