I've always been an avid reader and as a kid read a LOT of comics. I've read the entire Alvin Maker series by Card several times and enjoyed it immensely. But, I didn't particularly enjoy the comic. Too simplistic. And, my own imagination does a better job with the scenery and characters than an artist can.

This is a comic book - I mean literally! I read everything Card writes, but this is a USA Today version!!!
