Editorial Reviews

Review

"Sometimes it seems like Peck is equipped with a pair of X-Ray Spex devised by a mad-scientist version of some synoptic historian of the West, a Victor Frankenstien crossed with a Hegel or an Arnold Toynbee. Whatever he looks at, he sees past the surface and into its historical and cultural context."
(Robert Archambeau Pleiades) --This text refers to the Hardcover edition.

I can't help but give a plug to my incredibly talented uncle: This is a strong and beautiful offering from an accomplished poet. His range is extraordinary and his lyricism is pure. This is a wonderful compilation of work -- I'm giving copies as gifts to everyone!
