alot of reason why i am giving the Evidence Instrumental cd's a 2 star rating is becuase on their cd's, and before each instrumental starts, they drop a sample of a women singing the word "Evidence" twice w/ another sample of women singing a sample of "yeah" about 2-3 times before that track starts... it's quite annoying if you're trying to freestyle over the track...or even mix it...the tracks on here production wise though aren't that bad... they are real beats and all, not computerized and fake like how some ringtones sound... so i will give it that.. at least it's real... but that annoying sample is what gets me.. and thats why i'm giving it 2 stars... if you're just lookin for music to freestyle to or mix, do yourself the favor and just get something better... maybe J Armz would be better for you.. he's got quite a big selection of mix instrumentals and he actually mixes his dj name Armz at the beginning of the track so it's not annoying like Evidence's is... or just spend a few more bucks and get some better quality stuff where there is no sample at the beginning... there is a couple good tracks on the Evidence cd's though: "The Bay-Bronx Bridge" & "Speed" but there's better stuff out there. i wouldn't waste your time w/ the Evidence instrumental cd's. |
