Remarkably fantastic! Jayson and the boys are in fine form on this CD. As a SoCal girl I have been following them from early on, and they are always remarkably fantastic in concert. Absolutely the best. This CD confirms it. Whether you are cruising down Pacific Coast Highway checking out the surf, partying with your friends on Main Street, laying in bed alone in the dark, or on the sofa with your "Hootie", this CD works. You can play it all day and all night. The Red West dominates! Rush out and buy this CD you will not be disappointed. Besides Jayson, Andy the Mohawk Man, shreds on the CD. Great musicians. The bass player is really good too, but I miss Ian the original bass player. He was spectacular: a 21 year old combination Entwistle & Flea. Regardless this will be the best 12 bucks you ever spend. The quality of the songs and musicianship make it a real value and notably recommended - five stars. Brings to mind Jack Johnson and his level of quality. Buy it now, buy it twice

I saw these guys open up for Dave Matthews in KC. i was really suprised how good they were. I told myself that i would buy the album when it came out. I searched and searched, but finally had to order it. When i got it i was a little disappointed. When i saw them live, they were unbelievable. The cd didn't seem to do justice to their talents. But the more i listened to it, the more i began to enjoy it. They have a very unique sound. they have a song on there for every mood you are in. This album is one of the best of the year. pick it up, you wont be sorry you did.

the first time i saw these guys, they opened for Dashboard Confessional. Needless to say, these 4 guys are awesome in concert. I immediately feel in love with their songs. I wanted to buy the CD at the concert but they sold out. That's how good they were. But in all seriousness, you should buy this CD because it has great vocals and great sounds to their songs. I promise you will not regret it.

Having gone to school with Jayson and seeing the potential he had back then, he has blown me away. I really dig this album. It's even better cuz it came from a home town boy. Visalia, CA now has something to look up to in the music biz.

I saw these guys when then opend for SoCo and the Juliana Theory in Salt Lake City. I immediatly fell in love with their unique style of play. this cd is good from the start to the end...easily. The Red West had a great future ahead of them. BUY THIS CD!

Honesty freshness vitality, all can describe these guys, and their music. These guys are just starting and they have a very
bright future. Jason's voice takes off with a life and beauty of its own, and the band compliments it with the right
amount of layering and mixing. There is a powerfull and unique
sound here, and well worth the purchase many times over.
Watch this band to take off.

Buy this cd. Buy it. Then you'll want to listen to nothing but it for about a year. You might then try something new but soon enough you'll come back to The Red West. Jayson Belt has the best voice. He can hit any high or low so smoothly. Andy Smith is incredible at guitar. There is no song on this cd that isn't great.

I am an older fella from a different era. In my time the men used to touch the boys...giving them good advice and what not. But nowadays, I'll tell you, it's the opposite. These 4 boys from The Red West touched me. I went to their concert with my grandkids. They invited me backstage after the show, their music was just great, and backstage they really touched me all over with their knowledge and compassion. I don't recommend very many things, but these 4 young fella's sure know how to touch an older gentleman...so I just have to tell everyone to buy this cd...I still got the tingles.

I saw these guys play The House Of Blues Hollywood to a packed crowd and we couldn't get enough! This album hits hard on all levels (fast, slow, loud, soft) and I love putting it on and listening to the entire thing. Most people buy a CD these days for a single and get stuck with the rest of the songs. This really is one of the few albums out there that you can listen to from start to finish and not feel like skiping a track. Buy this album, you won't regret it!

this is by far one of the best bands that I have listened to in a long time. I cannot even get enough of it. i first got interested after they opened at DMB in san diego this summer and now im hooked. i would have paid a lot more for this quality of music.
