The seller has no credibility. There is no CD included which is not what it said on the website. The book is based on the CD. All the exercises can't be done without the CD.The book is useless without the CD!

The title said it's a second edition WITH CD but it turns out that they didn't include the CD, further more, on the receipt it said WITHOUT CD. I am totally lost. How can a seller say things one way but do things the other way???
