Im been using this video for over 10 years now everytime I start exercising..Its quick, covers all the main muscle groups and in just a few weeks, you can see your body getting toned and defined... It my best workout friend when I need it.

This video is easy to follow but some technique by one person in video is incorrect. This video gets my blood going but is definitely not aerobic. I have had this video for over 5 years and I still like it.
