The product description clearly states "Pack of 2" however, I received only one bottle. Left messages to the seller (Fragrance Net) but no response received. I didn't return the item because seller charges 15% restocking fee and doesn't refund the shipping. Didn't think it was worth it but will never buy from this seller again. Amazon shouldn't list such sellers on its site. If I didn't know excellent service from Amazon, I would have stopped doing business with Amazon altogether.

I can't see any difference using this product. I have coarse, thick and dry hair. One of these days maybe someone will be telling the truth about a product. Women like me keep buying all these products and so far all we have done is spend a lot of money.

I only use Redken products. Their All Soft shampoo is great for dry hair! My hair stylist got me hooked on it. I was a little weary because of the price, but a little goes a long way! Often times at salons they have gift sets that are definitely worth it!
