Redken anything is amazing and worth the cost!
I only use Redken products. Their All Soft shampoo is great for dry hair! My hair stylist got me hooked on it. I was a little weary because of the price, but a little goes a long way! Often times at salons they have gift sets that are definitely worth it!

Seller Beware!!
The product description clearly states "Pack of 2" however, I received only one bottle. Left messages to the seller (Fragrance Net) but no response received. I didn't return the item because seller charges 15% restocking fee and doesn't refund the shipping. Didn't think it was worth it but will never buy from this seller again. Amazon shouldn't list such sellers on its...

The product description clearly states "Pack of 2" however, I received only one bottle. Left messages to the seller (Fragrance Net) but no response received. Amazon shouldn't list such sellers on its site. If I didn't know excellent service from Amazon, I would have stopped doing business with Amazon altogether.

I can't see any difference using this product. I have coarse, thick and dry hair. One of these days maybe someone will be telling the truth about a product. Women like me keep buying all these products and so far all we have done is spend a lot of money.

I love the smell of this shampoo (hint of the tropics). It lathers great and makes your hair feel very soft and manageable.
