The ladies small in these gloves runs large in the palm and finger areas. There is very little padding to protect your hands when lifting weights and the gloves have a tendency to slip and move.I would not recommend these gloves for any form of weight training.

I got a pair of Reebok gloves a few years ago, when they were pink instead of purple. They lasted for a long time, in good shape. Unfortunately, I lost one of them. I got a pair of Nike, both they were not what my old Reebok used to be: comfortable, good fit, great quality. I just ordered two pairs of the Reebok and was very excited about it, until I received them. The quality of this "new" product is just horrible! I do not know why Reebok is putting its name on them! They not only look cheap, they do feel cheap. The leather has been replaced with polyester, and the top of the glove which used to fit well, is now made of a weird "screen" material which is awful. Oh, and the small is now more a large size for women (maybe small/medium for men. DO NOT GET THEM! They are not even close to be as nice as the old version! Was thinking about returning them, but that would be more expensive than what I paid for them, so I am just going to throw them in the trash! Booo!

I am almost certain that these gloves are a Reebok knock off. They lack finish and are crudely sewn of cheap fabric. The padding is very thin and imprecisely placed - offering little to no support or protection when lifting even the lighter barbells. Even the Reebok logo (admittedly a less important aspect) is off-center and suspect. This time, the "good ting nah cheap and cheap ting nah good" maxim rings true.

Problem is the seam within the gloves - they stick out into the hand. When you are doing heavy lifting, it causes blisters after an hour. That kind of defeats the purpose of having gloves. The part around the thumb is the worst - always end up with imprint lines and blisters there after using the gloves.

Lightly padded palm is nice. I don't do a lot of weight training, but thought I would give these a try to protect my hands. They do a good job and are fairly comfortable to wear. But the fit is rather odd. The fingers are a tad tight and the palm area quite roomy (extra fabric). I have not experienced this on any other gloves in my life. The quality is very good and they work well, but I have to be a bit careful when gripping to ensure there isn't a fold of fabric in my palm. They are also difficult to remove due to the tight fingers (pull each glove finger down as far as I can, repeat about 3 times for each finger and then I can remove them).
