I used this product once. Well, almost once. It broke and the metal chips began to come out in my shoes. These ought to be far sturdier if they are going to be marketed as ankle weights, since when running or playing sports, hard-cuts and sprints put a lot of strain on any ankle weights. Before they broke, they were comfortable, usually with crew socks under them, and certainly had the capacity to increase strength and muscle speed. Again, unfortunately, I cannot write a further product review because of the construction. They need to be more rugged for this type of product.

I would not buy this model, but perhaps would buy a revamped model that was of sturdier stitching and materials.
