They are very easy to use and extremely well made.

The rubber barrels that hold it up need to be on the outside of the frame of the door; otherwise the door would bend toward you when you work out.

It works just like the TRX system i use at the gym and it costs much less.

If you are considering a Gravity Trainer, but can't decide on a brand or how much money to invest...start here. These are a great starting point for anyone trying to decide if a gravity training workout is for them. The straps don't require any adjustments, because the doorstops are built into the straps with numbered positions. They are very easy to use and extremely well made. I'm glad that I didn't order the other more expensive brands as a first timer. It turns out that these have far better and easier to use features. Plus, I was able to download the workouts for the other brands to use with these straps. Save yourself the money and go with these, if you are just getting started.

A workout website that I frequent uses these suspension straps often, so I thought I would give it a try. It is great. I currently use this on a steel entry door, so I have not had any problems (on any level height). I would just make sure that you have a door that closes toward you to use this item. The rubber barrels that hold it up need to be on the outside of the frame of the door; otherwise the door would bend toward you when you work out.

Works exactly as designed. No problems setting up or using right out of the box. It easily supports my weight and feels very solid and secure when using it on a solid door. I carefully inspected the straps and stitching and as along as I use them as intended these should last me for many years.

My only "complaint" is that the straps require remounting on the door to adjust the length. I knew this when I bought it but still consider this a limitation for people that want to switch lengths quickly between exercises. When I use them, I select a few exercises for that day that can all use the same length of strap and do the other exercises on other days..

I use these on the main door to my apartment as it is a much heavier and sturdier door than the bedroom and bathroom doors. Optimally I'd use this on the side the door swings away from (door is supported by the frame more and less likely to flex and warp over time) but that isn't an option for me unless I want to exercise in the communal hallway. After several uses I do not see any signs of wear on the door or frame (I'm sure there will be some eventually but this product seems to be as safe as you could reasonably expect).

Verdict: Highly recommend if you don't mind the need to remount to adjust the length. If that's a deal breaker for you, look at something else.

I found and purchased this at Target, but I like it so much I wanted to write a review here. I used to train at the gym with a personal trainer but had to quit because it was getting expensive. One of the things I missed about having a personal trainer was using the TRX. That's why I was excited to find this product from Reebok. I can use it to do all the exercises that I was doing at the gym with the TRX. There are plenty of exercises you can do in addition to the ones that are featured on the instruction guide that is included with the straps. If you're concerned because the straps don't connect to form a "V" like the TRX straps that attach to a bar, just position the straps closer together to get a similar effect. I'm really happy with my purchase.

This gravity trainer is an inexpensive option for the TRX workout. However, please take a few TRX classes before you attempt to use this device. Also, unlike real TRX straps from a class there are only 4 adjustment levels based on your height. It works for me I am 5'4". You get what you pay for; and I use it primarily to do plank work, pikes, crunches as a fill in between classes.

While there are a few exercises you can't do with this product, there are enough to make it a cheaper alternative to TRX. The handles and length of the straps are more than serviceable enough to do the job.

Before wasting your money in a expensive $200 TRX kit, try this out. If you feel confortable with this kind of exercises then upgrade to Jungle Gym or TRX.

This suspension system is made by Reebok which sponsors the Crossfit games, so the combo ensures quality gear. It's a fraction of the cost of the TRX and other ridiculously overpriced straps. I actually think they should be be just one long strap, rather than two independent straps (for use with poles, trees, etc...). Don't waste your money for other popular brands
