Fits as expected, good quality construction, not much arch support but that is part of the design.
It's light, durable, comfortable, fits perfectly and is at a great price.
I'm particular about how shoes fit and even though there has been some adjustment, it's been a great benefit.

Product Description

Introducing the Nano 3.0, our most versatile training shoe ever constructed. The evolution continues with a Dual Density platform that provides the perfect combination of forefoot cushioining and heel stabilization. We added more flexibility and protection to the outsole with Metasplit grooves and RopePro wraps on the medial and lateral sides. We carried the innovation into the upper with a new DuraCage construction for the ultimate in protection and lightweight support. Now, you are ready to take on the toughest workouts.

Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes.

I finally destroyed my pair of Nano 2.0's and upgraded to the 3.0's. My first impression is that it's a much sturdier (and possibly lighter) shoe than the 2's - with the same overall platform/ shape. The toe guard on the tip of the toe box seems more substantial and possibly a reason that they fit slightly smaller than the previous pair. I use 'Superfeet' insoles and when swapping them into these shoes I actually had to trim a little off of the tip to prevent the insole from curling up in the toe box. I was an 11.5 in the 2's and bought the same in the 3's. It seems other reviewers have had sizing issues as well. Before switching the insoles I noticed that the manufacturer insoles were too small, causing my toes to fill the gap between the insole and the tip of the toe box.

Semantics aside, it's a legit crossfit shoe. I'd be willing to bet these will break in just fine (size-wise), and assume that sizing up to a 12 would have been too roomy. I'm glad I got them, they are much better than the 2's. The nano 3 is the way to go, at a cheaper cost than the new 4.0's - which look like the exact same shoe.

I don't just wear these shoes to the gym. I wear them everywhere. They're super comfy, light, and they provide a stable stance for weightlifting. They're alright for running, but lack arch support for long distance. Be careful if you're walking in these and it's raining or snowing. Tread isn't made for fast speeds on wet surfaces.

In comparison to my cross trainers this shoe is much better for lifting. I feel more stable and strong through my legs and trunk when doing squats etc. I wouldn't recommend running lond distances in them but for short sprints or jogs that are part of a workout they are ok.

I ordered it a half size smaller than normal, and it fits perfectly. Great for wods and metcons, not great for running though.

I thought the Nano Speed was the best Reebok shoe ever, but those geniuses replaced it with the Nano Sprint which feels like a totally different shoe, a shoe I don't like. The Nano 2's didn't feel comfortable to be but the Nano 3's do, so much so that I bought 3 paired. I've done 4 WODs in them am loving them.

I've had these since January of 2014. I've worked out with these a whole lot since then. When I first got them and tried them on I remember I was impressed by how light they were. Now I'm used to that. When I first got these I would run a mile to work, then walk around 8 hours all day as my job required it, and then ran a mile back home. My feet would kill me, even after the first mile run to work because the shoes are flat and I have arches in my feet. My feet would be in pain, not horrific pain but noticeably uncomfortable. I've read that it's actually good to run in shoes that are flat as a supplement to training to strengthen the feet (like once a month), but not as a primary running shoe because it's just not reasonable running long distances because ultimately it will be detrimental. What I eventually did was put Dr. Scholl's gel insoles in to the Nano 3.0's and that relieved the pain from the run I had to do but because the shoes are flat it's still not nearly as good as buying actual running shoes that are intended for running. Also in the first couple months when I got these shoes when I would practice double-unders my shins and calves would be in so much pain it would mess with me the rest of the workout. I think it's again because there flat and there's not allot of cushion like with some running shoes. It would hurt so bad when I first started out doing double-unders that I would have to switch and wear running shoes for the double-unders and then switch back to nano's for the rest of workout. Eventually though after a couple of months of forcing my self to go threw with it, my calves and shins got used to it. Now I can whip out well over 100 double-unders unbroken easily and quickly like nothing.Read more ›

These are my first cross fit shoes. I was using my regular running shoes. The center of gravity is a bit off when doing Olympic lifts. These make a huge difference and give you a more stable feeling. If you learn to run properly these also work well for short runs.
