Reebok Men's RBK Shook And Took Basketball Shoe

After about a month of use there was a small tear in the left sneaker, and then within a few days the right sneaker totally ripped along the left inner side (about 3 inches). I bought two pairs originally - but the first pair is now going in the trash. I've never seen a pair of sneakers with such horrible quality! A pair of disposable sneakers - expect about a month! And the velcro didn't hold very well on the right sneaker too!

I really was excited to get these shoes, and when I first looked at them they really were everything I expected on the outside. I put them on and the size 10 I got really felt more like a size 10.5 or 11. They were comfortable on the width however. I also liked the higher top with the strap and felt like they would give my ankles good support. The rear colored part of the shoe is basically hard plastic which some people might not like. The front rubber tread also does not come up over the toes, so I suspect down the road it might start to separate from the shoe. I gave them to a friend with bigger feet and he liked them. I bought another different pair of Reebok's and they, too, ran big. I have a 9.5 and it fits my normally size 10 just fine.

I was very unhappy with this product because after playing basketball for four times the stitching broke on the top of the shoe.

bought two different pairs. both ripped. one pair ripped near the laces. the second pair ripped all along the whole inner side of the shoe. horrible quality. good thing i only got them for 19.48 and was able to return one. the second pair ripped past the 30 day return period.

Wore these shoes 3 times and like another poster said they tore from side to side along the air holes. They were then unwearable.

I bought mine from Dicks and they would not take them back..

This sneaker is awful. The 1st time I wore them to play basketball they tore. I wish I would have read the 1 star reviews before I purchased them. The straps would not even stay closed when I "shook and took". They should be called wear and tear. Anyway, I really like the look and feel of this shoe but for playing b-ball, the are useless.

Why on earth would anyone design a shoe with the velcro closure positioned on the INSIDE of the shoe?? I'm a disabled vet with a drop foot condition and have a hard enough time walking with the closure on the OUTSIDE of the shoe. The shoe itself is comfortable, but I'm not sure I can enjoy them with the closure the way it is. Now what?? Please advise.

What I really wanted was another pair of Reebok high-top black shoes which I've been told has been discontinued. Thanks - James

I have these shoes (grey) and the shoes ripped along the top most air vent holes along the side of the shoe. Once it started it ripped down the entire length of the shoe.

Worst pair of basketball shoes I have owned and I play 1-2 days a week for the last 20 years.

The shoes developed tears after using less than 15 times. Don't waste your money.

This product is great for working out. The underside of this shoe is opened so that a thin mesh is all that separates your foot from the air in the opening of the sole. Great for keeping your feet cooler, especially if a you're a sweat'er. Bad thing is that if you go through a puddle... your feet are soaked really fast.
