This thing is a death trap. For a machine this size, it's fairly unsturdy. Had it on a tile floor and it shook the entire time. It began making a clicking sound after the first or second time it was used. I only had it for about a week and a half when the wheels on the pedal arms derailed in the middle of a workout and the pedals came crashing to the floor. After snapping it back into place it then continued to derail every couple of turns, rendering the whole thing useless.

Also, it's massive. The arms practically touched the ceiling and if you don't use them to brace yourself, they come flying at your face with incredible force. It's definitely built for someone over 6' tall. I liked my last Reebok machine (a rear wheel drive) but they really don't make them to last. Scary stuff.

The offgassing from the plastic parts was horrendous. For the first several months, we had to open the windows to vent the room before and during the workout. After a couple months, various squeaks and creaks came from several pivot points. Got so loud last night (3/22/14), I had to stop using the elliptical. Today I opened up one of the joint covers and found a metal ring broken into six parts - and that was one of the quiet joints.

I found my iPod Classic is too big to fit into the MP3 pocket. The power switch is in a very awkward spot at floor level, and even trying to get the serial number is ridiculous -- it's underneath this couple hundred pound machine. So someone has to hold the end up and another person has to crawl underneath it.

When I called Reebok a few days after receiving it to complain about the chemical fumes, the rep just said to call the manufacturer. Reebok just puts its name on it. Currently, I'm on telephone hold with the manufacturer.

Don't buy this machine. It demonstrates all the reasons China-made products tend to be inferior. They use inferior materials and bad designs.

Wow, who made this piece of s***? It's horrible! The adjustable foot paddle was a joke. The adjustable click in pin at the foot paddle made whole bunch of noise when riding. Even my 60 lbs boy rides no it, the machine still make the noise. I weight 160lbs. The noise started on the first day I got the machine. That was two weeks ago. Today, when my wife rides the machine (120 lbs), it start to make a new noise from the rotating area. Sure makes my $1,300 looks like $130.
The good thing is it came with cool technology like the chest strap and ifit. But, what good does it do if the machine is horrible. The design team from ICON really need to fix this.
