"Swing those hips--don't be shy!" If you like Latin music and dancing, you'll enjoy this workout. It's "hot and spicy," with lots of Latin dance moves that get the hips, shoulders, feet, and heart rate going. The vivacious instructors incorporate dance moves inspired by a variety of Latin dances such as the cha cha, mambo, samba,
lambada, flamenco, and salsa into several let-loose-and-dance, highly choreographed aerobic routines, with plenty of shoulder shimmies, hip rolls, and fast-moving feet. This is a lot of fun if you're well coordinated and love the Latin sounds and moves. The instructors are motivating, cue well, and are great fun to watch. They're obviously having a great time themselves. The 34-minute production (with 23 minutes of aerobics) is polished, although the flashing lights can get distracting.
