This video is fantastic. I love the funky music and moves. But it's easy enough to catch on after just a couple of run-throughs. There is nothing boring about the video and it will keep you moving. You move through a series of "routines" that will get your heart rate up but also gets your energy flowing. If I could improve it in anyway, I would mix in a little weight training. I can't wait for Petra's next video!!!

My hobby growing up was tap and jazz dancing, so I find most step videos too easy, too slow paced, and just generally boring. This video makes you feel like you're doing a dance routine. The steps are not easy, but the instructor does a great job of breaking them down and teaching them. The video is 50 minutes long so you're sure to get a great workout, and have fun at the same time.

I was an beginner/intermediate stepper when I bought this tape. I was looking for a challenging tape & this is definitely the one. I am not a dancer, and I found the moves to be advanced but definitely do-able. Petra is fantastic & the workout is heart-pumping. Give the tape a chance & work with it. It took me about a week to master the steps, but I have lost that last 5 pounds by rotating this workout in 3 days a week. It's my favorite!!!
