5.0 out of 5 stars Great Stroller!!
I use this stroller everyday over all types of terrain and in all weather (rain, sun, and even snow). The rain guard does more than protect my daughter from rain - it protects her from the wind and cold so that I can run even in freezing temperatures. I bought it because of the comfortable feel and good suspension (goes over curbs and bumps while she only rocks gently)...

3.0 out of 5 stars loved it ....until it broke in two
I got this stroller when my son was 9 months old. We've had a fantastic year and a half with this stroller. I walk every day. I wore out the tires in one year and had to get new ones. Just this week I noticed the left wheel bowing inward but I couldn't see anything wrong. Well, yesterday I was out for a walk and the aluminum frame cracked and the stroller collapsed...

I use this stroller everyday over all types of terrain and in all weather (rain, sun, and even snow). The rain guard does more than protect my daughter from rain - it protects her from the wind and cold so that I can run even in freezing temperatures. I bought it because of the comfortable feel and good suspension (goes over curbs and bumps while she only rocks gently) and the canopy adjusts to block most sun (some gets in through the back if the sun is low in the sky). The reclining seat allowed me to use this stroller since my daughter was about 6 weeks old with an additional head support pillow (though it is not recommended until 6 months). I had some trouble with the zipper on the boot (that covers the child's feet) but Babies'R'Us replaced the entire stroller for me and this one has worked fine for our now kicking toddler.

5.0 out of 5 stars Daughter (and I) loves it!!, May 7, 2005
This review is from: Reebok Velocity Extreme Jogging Stroller (Toy)
We just recently purchased this stroller and we are very pleased with it. She is very excited every time she gets in it. I love it's ease of use. It is very smooth to push with one or both hands, folds down easily, and was simple to assemble (took 15 minutes). There are many pockets to put our needed items for the jog (cell phone, waterbottle, tire pump, child's cup, etc.) It has all the "bells and whistles" seen on the more expensive ones, but for a much more reasonable price.

5.0 out of 5 stars A feature, not a bug., May 25, 2005
This review is from: Reebok Velocity Extreme Jogging Stroller (Toy)
My husband brought me this stroller as Christmas gift. I was really executed and put it together myself immediately. It is easy to assemble and it has so many good features that exceed my expectation. I am a runner and I have been running one hour every morning using this stroller with my baby for 5 months. Following list my experience about this stroller:

A. The adjustable canopy makes it easy to block the sunlight whenever I make turns.

B. The adjustable seat allows my baby sit up view the scene when awake and recline when sleeping.

C. Cell phone holder, zipped pocket and basket underneath hold all essentials.

D. The front boot not only makes the stroller cozy but also shields the wind.

E. The good suspension makes bumpy road ride fun and always sends my baby to sleep.

F. All terrain bicycle style tires with sealed ball-bearing alloy wheels run so smooth and can get on and off curb so easily.

It has one shortcoming - very hard to steer and it pulls to one side. But I found continuously pushing the handle down to lift the front wheel often while running solves the problem. At very beginning this makes my arms sore but soon I get use to it and have my arms workout too. Should I take a star off for this reason? Maybe this is the correct way to use three wheel stroller with the fixed front wheel - a feature, not a bug after all, maybe :)

I like this stroller.

Just this week I noticed the left wheel bowing inward but I couldn't see anything wrong. Well, yesterday I was out for a walk and the aluminum frame cracked and the stroller collapsed with my son in it. No one was hurt and luckily we were almost home. But boy am I angry...I thought I had bought a quality stoller, but now I consider it a piece of garbage! I had hoped it would last through two children but it didn't even last through one.

5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE THIS ITEM!!!!, October 2, 2005
This review is from: Reebok Velocity Extreme Jogging Stroller (Toy)
I started running (after taking four-five years off) two weeks ago. I had always thought that joggers were gimmicks and never thought I would actually own one. So I used my MetroLite stoller and after one run was convinced that I needed a jogger.

I actually went to Babies R Us and bought the cheaper Baby Trend jogger I could find. However, when I got home I realized that it didn't have a child tray- something that I HAD to have.

So I took that one back and while at the store for the second time that I day I spotted the Reebok jogger. It was so much more money than I had every wanted to even consider spending, but I liked the fact that it came with a "boot" that you can zipper the baby in and he will be protected from the cold air. Since it is close to winter I liked that feature. So I bought it.

It was EASY to assemble. The first job that I took my 10 month old son on it rained.... I am sooo thankful that the Reebok came with a raincover. I just snapped it on and he stayed dry.

The second jog that I took him on he slept the entire three mile run.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this stoller and would recommend it to anyone.

My son appears to love it too... and has never complained in it.... which is something that he did in the MetroLite when I tried running with it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pulls to the Left!, June 6, 2005

This review is from: Reebok Velocity Extreme Jogging Stroller (Toy)
I got this jogger as a gift and although I love all the bells and whistles - it is very difficult to jog and continuously adjusting because it pulls to the left. I've tried inflating, deflating, readjusting the front wheel. Does anyone have a solution??? I think the manufacturer really needs to look into this problem as I have talked to many people who have this jogger and EVERYONE has mentioned that it pulls to the left.

5.0 out of 5 stars very good purchase, June 17, 2005

This is a very nice stroller. My baby loves this stroller, and that in itself is enough for me, but all the little extras are very nice.

There is a drink holder, cell phone holder and a zippered compartment large enough to hold a wallet. The rain shield also seems like it would work well, although I have never used it. The compartment underneath fits my largest diaper bag. The suspension is awesome, the big seller for me. I can go over huge bumps and it doesn't jostle the baby too much.

It did pull to the right when we put it together, but if you follow the instructions it explains how to get it to track straight. It was a little annoying, you would think the factory default would be straight, but it is correctable.

The only negative thing I can think of is the very cheaply made tire pump. The only use I could see for it is possibly fighting off a small dog.

I do wish the canopy was a little longer, I am forever adjusting it so my daughters face is not in the sun. But as far as I can tell the canopy is nicer than most.

Overall it is a very good jogging stroller, I have yet to see one that is better.

I bought this stroller for my 4 month old son because we were going to the beach and wanted something that would go easily on sand. It is a dream-my son loves this stroller-he will sit in it for hours. He naps easily in it and it has gone on sand, hiking trails, the boardwalk, malls-you name it without a problem. I would definitely buy it again!!!!! I read some of the other reviews-in the beginnig it did pull a little to the left but when we took the tires off and repositioned them we have not had a problem.

5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good....., August 10, 2005
This review is from: Reebok Velocity Extreme Jogging Stroller (Toy)
So far the stoller has been wonderful for evening jogs. The sunshade provides good coverage, but not as much as I would prefer. Our 5 month old son sits comfortably inside the stoller and the shocks absorb well so that he doesn't bounce around. There is plenty of room for toys, my water bottle, cell phone, and extras. This stoller comes with its own matching rain hood, so there is no need to purchase a seperate one (like the website offers). Initially the stoller pulls to the left, but the instructions tell you how to correct the problem. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

3.0 out of 5 stars Thought we had a great jogging stroller!, August 13, 2005
This review is from: Reebok Velocity Extreme Jogging Stroller (Toy)
Until a week ago, we bragged about how great the Reebok jog stroller was. It has everything we like and perfect for both trail runs and park walks. Unfortunately while on a run, my husband was pushing my son (on a smooth, paved road) and a bolt sheered right off just above the right shock. Thankfully neither my husband or son was hurt. We are no longer able to use this jogger anymore.
